Basil is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. Storage Instructions: Store in cool and dry place.
Preparation: Boil fresh water ,add 2 to 3 Grams of Tea brew for 3 to 5 minutes & strain.
For best result Drink twice (Before Breakfast & After Dinner).
